Where to grow HR specialist

If you read the professional standard of the position “Personnel Manager”, you will see a list of more than 30 knowledge and skills. It is useful to know them, but even if you fully master these skills, at least two dangers await you: the future lies with completely different competencies, and for your leader, old knowledge and skills are no longer interesting. Elena Vitchak, an expert and specialist in the field of human capital management, spoke about what to learn in order to become a sought-after specialist. If you dream about possition HR refine and enrich your resume if you need use hr resume examples - https://hrcareersearch.com/resume-examples.

 1. Recruitment

In Russia, a difficult demographic situation, the loss of key competencies and knowledge, so this function undergoes the most significant changes and comes to the fore. Two interesting factors work here. On the one hand, the selection is literally “torn” in digital and sparkles with innovations. And on the other - no one canceled the technology of hiring and human communication with candidates.
We must be able to now:

Understand how to develop a hiring strategy.
be able to conduct external communications, and with all groups of stakeholders, including laid-off employees, passive candidates.
    Manage your mobile site.
    Manage your mobile app.
Build predictive analytics based on big data, understand the labor market of the industry and competitors in numbers and data.

2. Personnel administration

The specialist, who is listed in the "Personnel Administration", is waiting every day to print certificates, employment contracts, sick leave and other documents. This, of course, is not a very fun activity, but in this direction you can modernize your work.
We must be able to now:

Implement solutions that minimize paperwork. Try to imagine that employees receive inquiries, like air tickets, by mail or have a QR code on their phone.
    Know programming skills.
Keep digital records of work - for example, virtual teams.

3. Training and development

Human resources specialists will learn themselves constantly and non-stop. In addition, they will be forced to create a learning environment for others. Here the main battlefield for success between companies will unfold.
We must be able to now:

E-learning - training via the Internet and multimedia.
Combine different training models depending on the target audience and business needs.
Go to a product that is interesting for middle and top management.

4. Organizational design and corporate culture

In this direction, it is extremely important to understand what the head hurts about and what bosses and business colleagues learn. Knowing these problems, HR will be able to speak the same language with business.
We must be able to now:

To adopt successful cases of turquoise organizations.
Understand the rules for the formation of effective organizational structures.
    Manage small dynamic teams.
Know effective ways to manage staff.

As we can see, knowledge that was inherent in other professions: sales, IT, project management, penetrates the HR sphere. At the junction of marketing and HR is another important competency that everyone needs, regardless of their position. I'm talking about HR reputation management: it’s obvious to everyone that just doing your job well is not enough.

Those who have achieved great success and play in the “big league” are doing “something” that is not very clear and inconspicuous for many: they are thinking about how the “sharing economy” will affect our careers, they are studying the reputation field that we play on, try to see HR companies through the eyes of managers.

I will tell you more about HR reputation management at the Volga HR Summit, which will be held in March in Kazan. Come for the right reputation!

MILSO TAG! | Military Spouse Q&A - Boot Camp, Deployment, Wedding, Benefits 5

I think this was kind of like such an odd question. Because obviously. Anyone is going to like. Any benefit. That they receive. You know any additional help and opportunity so I'm really grateful for what the Marine Corps gives. Me and chase and they've really allowed. Us to really kickstart our life together. Because obviously we're young and we're a newlywed couple and so yeah. I will always be grateful for the Marine Corps and what they've.

Provided for my husband and I the next question is what is the hardest part of the military life. I think the hardest part for me is just kind of the uncertainty. You never really know what's gonna come back so. You don't really know. Where you're gonna live next. Even chases career is kind of uncertainty. Me you never know what can happen and I think.

That is what bothers. Me the most that's what has been the most complicated. Because I am such a planner and I always want to know like what's coming up next. I want to plan way in advance and you just never really know. You have like a good idea but nothing is ever guaranteed and so. You kind of have to be ready to go with the flow and just accept what's to come. That is the hardest part for me and the last question is do. You support your spouse as a member of the military and I think that's like such an odd question to include because of course.

I would support chase in anything he does. He really truly loves. It and he works hard at it which he obviously does and yeah are. You guys that it's gonna be the end of this video. I really hope. You enjoyed. It and hope you've got a better idea of who we are and a little bit. More of an understanding of our story in our journey thus far but if. You have any more questions you'd like for us to answer definitely leave them down below and we'll get back to you give. This video a thumbs up and subscribe. All of a sudden kind of stopped and he held. Me and we looked out on the water and the Sun was like literally setting at this point and then. He was saying like. All these sweet things in my ear. You know just being so romantic and then. He got down on one knee and I was like completely shocked and like. You know like.

That whole thing was definitely. Me and I remember. I didn't even to see the ring like. I was just like yes of course I'll marry. You I jumped into his arm seemed like enjoying the moment with him then after. That kind of calmed down he's like do. You want to see a ring I'm like oh yeah put. It on put it on I hadn't. Even seen it and it was so sweet and then like a mom and her Steinman were like watching it all go down like.

They were spending time on the beach and they watched. It all happen and she walked out but she's like oh do. You guys want a picture and so. She took a picture of us yeah. I will always remember. That night like of course but it was so sweet and everything with hoped-for of a so romantic and intimate and it was definitely a surprise. Where did you get married so. We actually got married out here in California on in Hotel del Coronado. You guys still work or not. It was down by San Diego. We got married at a church on Coronado and then our reception and certain hour yeah reception was in Hotel del which was so beautiful Makenna seen pictures definitely follow. Me on Instagram. Because they're like plastered.

All over did. How old were. You two you got married so. We were 20 they got married and we were 19. We got engaged. What is your favorite base so far so. This is actually the only base I've ever been to like. This is where is this his first duty station so. I really love. It and I can see. This being my favorite probably. We go to somewhere like really awesome so probably be my favorite do. You think your spouse looks good in his uniform of course chase looks so freakin handsome in all of his uniforms and he looks like handsome without like. You know when civilian attire but there's something about that uniform. That just do. You like the benefits. You receive as a military dependent.

You know I mean and I will yeah. I was really happy for him to kind of sum. I was happy and excited and I was really proud of it. Where did your spouse go to basic training so chase went to boot camp in San Diego how's your spouse ever been deployed. He has not been deployed. How long have. You been a military wife so chase has been in for two years two and a half years but we've only been married for a little bit over a year.

Now did you marry him before or after. He joined we did marry after. He joined how did your husband propose okay so. He proposed to me. He was in MOS school. He was going to school in Virginia and I was going to college back in Illinois and so. I remember it was fourth of July weekend of 2017 and I drove from Illinois to Virginia. All by myself I was like a 12 or 14 hour drive. I can't remember and he took. Me out to the super nice restaurant. It was like a local Italian place. It was so good and so cute and real. I got super dressed up and then. I could tell the entire dinner. That he was so nervous. I thought that it was.

Because we hadn't seen. Each other in a long time and this was the first time. That him and I one time to really like enjoy. Each other and kind of like go on a date. You know because obviously. This ten days lien after boot camp but that was shared with like friends and family so. This was the one-on-one time the first one-on-one time. We had and forever and so. I thought that was why he was nervous. I did not expect him to propose. That weekend and I guess before. Even got there. He had already told my family. That he was gonna propose. You know he asked for the permission and everything and yeah. I never saw.

It coming we obviously talked about being engaged but it was always like a few years ahead. You know and so. I did not expect to tap in that weekend but yeah after dinner. He was like hey do. You want to go to the beach which again. I didn't think. Anything of it. Because that was. One of my favorite things to do together was like walk the beach hang out on the beach. We loved the ocean and so. I was so excited as like yeah probably locked. We walked along the shore as the Sun was setting and I kind of realized. That it seemed like. He was pacing back and forth like. We were really enjoying the walk. He was pacing but again. I thought that he was just nervous to be with. Me and then.

MILSO TAG! | Military Spouse Q&A - Boot Camp, Deployment, Wedding, Benefits 2

How did you feel about him joining the military so um just the background chases dad is in the army and my dad and my grandpa were in the Marine Corps so the military itself wasn't like scary to us it wasn't foreign so. We didn't I didn't have. That kind of like shock of like oh my gosh. You want to do. What that's so scary I'm so sad.

You know something that I was familiar with and like open to I was. More so surprised. That it was. Something chase was contemplating if. You knew them back then. You would probably agree. That it was such a surprise. That chase even was. Even considering it and you would have never expected the military to suit him as well as. It does now but once. I realized that it was. Something he was serious about it was. Something that he was really truly considering and it was an available option for him and he was eager and motivated to like work hard for it and to really like just to really truly consider. It as an option. It wasn't just like an idea.

That came to his head. It was an option. That he was really sitting down and analyzing and considering and so. That I was really proud of him and I was so eager and open to you know cheering him on and supporting him and encouraging him and I was actually the one who told him okay talk to all the recruiters find you know the good fit for you. Because he had kind of like his dad talking to him about the army my family talking to him about the Marine Corps and then. He just by his own research was like wanting to talk to the Air Force for a certain job and so.

He met with. All the recruiters and it was so sweet. He said like. I think you talked to an Air Force recruiter and their Marine recruiter. I don't know. You talked to an army or knew. That's because. He had his dad for the army and then the Navy. I don't think. Even a thought. That came into. It I don't know but he talked to the Air Force recruiter and he talked to the Marine Corps recruiter really. I think back to back and I remember. He came back to me he was like Marisa like yeah the airforce like fine. Whatever I feel like.

It suits me as the boy. That I am now but the Marine Corps will bring that man out of me. That I've always wanted to be and I want to be a marine and I will never forget. That he was like. I want to be a Marine and that makes. Me psyche look. Because it's just that's who chases.

MILSO TAG! | Military Spouse Q&A - Boot Camp, Deployment, Wedding, Benefits 1

Hello welcome back to our channel. If you're new year my name is Marisa my husband chase and I created. This channel as a way to document our marriage our travels and life in the military chase is currently in the Marine Corps were stationed out here in Southern California and we really really enjoy. Me better our story and kind of our journey so far so I'm gonna go ahead and jump right into. It and the first question is how did. You and your spouse meet so chase it's originally from Iowa I'm originally from Illinois but I grew up in Arizona and chase moved to Arizona our 8th grade year and we had the same history class together and that was.

We met and it's so funny. Because I could not stand him at first. I thought he was so annoying and we would always try and like battle. Each other out in class like who could get the best grade who could answer the most questions like. You know it's kind of like trying to outsmart. Each other and I think that's part of the reason why I did not like him he swears up and down but it was like love at first sight for him and he was so like starstruck by. Me and I could not stand him. How old were. You two met. We were 14 I think 14 yeah I'd say. We were about 14. How long have. You been together so about a year after.

We well we shared the same friend group. We actually shared the same best friend who ended up being Chase's best man at our wedding which I thought was so awesome. Because we share the same friend group chase and I actually became best friends like so. We were best friends from eighth grade. All the way until sophomore year which was a we began dating and so we've been together about six years. Now Wow we have been together it'll be six years in August which is so crazy to me obviously like. When you're in high school. You do have like breakups a couple of times. You know I think. We did have like two big breakups or one big breakup and then like. You know but yeah we've been together six years and that is so crazy to me.
